Front Desk Assistant

We urgently seek to fill the role of a Front Desk Assistant for our client a well-established company in Kenya. The successful candidate will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance
The ideal candidate should be of a friendly and easy going personality and a natural flare for excellent customer care.


·         Keep front office clean, neat, tidy and presentable at all times
·         Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously
·         Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails
·         Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
·         Keep updated records and files
·         Monitor office expenses and costs
·         Perform office administration and clerical duties.
·         Operate telephone switchboard and answer and transfer calls.
·         Welcome and escort guest to appropriate office or person.

·         Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers, and fax.
·         Assist in making meeting room reservations, catering arrangements and travel bookings.
Any other duties as assigned from time to time


·         Diploma in Customer Service/ Front Office Management / Business Administration or related field
·         Proven experience as front desk Assistant / Officer
·         Very neat/ well groomed and presentable
·         Proficient in English (oral and written)
·         Confident, Vibrant, with Excellent Communication and People skills
·         Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
·         Problem-solving skills
·         Customer service orientation
Remuneration: Basic Gross 40,000.00 – 60,000.00 + Allowances
