Will RAILA ODINGA accompany UHURU to meet DONALD TRUMP at the White House in Washington DC? Her are FULL DETAILS

Wednesday August 22, 2018 - President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected to leave the country this week where to meet with United States President Donald Trump at the White House in Washington DC.
In a statement issued by acting State House spokesman, Kanze Dena, Uhuru will first meet US businessmen before meeting America’s strongman.

“Well, the President will meet President Trump on Monday next week. He will be leaving over the weekend though I cannot specify exactly when,” Kanze stated.

The spokesperson also said the President will be accompanied by a number of people including prominent businessmen from Kenya and a number of politicians from both Jubilee and NASA alliances.

It is not clear whether NASA leader, Raila Odinga, will accompany the President.

Trump, who is serving his first term since his election in November 2016, invited Uhuru to the White House.

The two Presidents are expected to hold discussions on ways to broaden their strategic partnership based on shared democratic values and mutual interests.

A Press Statement from the White House last week said Trump and Uhuru’s meeting will reaffirm the long-standing relationship between the two countries with a view of making Kenya a cornerstone of peace and stability in Africa, and the broader Indo-Pacific region.
