for NTV business anchor, Laban Cliff Onserio, and his beautiful fiancée, Laura
Damaris.
Laban proposed to his girlfriend sometimes
back during a romantic gateway in Kigali on Easter and has now made it
official.
Taking to social media, an elated Laban
shared the photos of the emotional lass and the rock on her ring.
The ceremony was attended by a host of his
media colleagues.
