The owner of the killer Solai Dam wants to escape to India - See what they told the court about their trip to India and why!

In his request, Manusukh told the court that he has a custodial case in India and wanted to travel between August 9 and 14.

The tycoon also told the court that he will abide by the law and return the passport on August 15.

State Counsel Victor Owiti said the prosecution was not opposed to the accused travelling out of the country.
