‘New’ UHURU summons Cabinet Secretaries to State House – ROTICH, KARIUKI and MOHAMED have panicked over scandals

Tuesday August 14, 2018 - President Uhuru Kenyatta has reportedly summoned all Cabinet Secretaries for a Cabinet meeting to be held at State House, Nairobi, on Tuesday.
According to an impeccable source, the Son of Jomo has not been engaging his Ministers for the last three months.

The source said the meeting will be taking stock of the Cabinet Secretaries' performance.

The main agenda of the meeting remains scanty but sources privy to State House matters said the President might have called the CSs to warn them over the ongoing war on graft.

“He might be intending to warn the Ministers over shielding those mentioned in graft.”

“On Sunday, he said people must be ready to lose friends in order to crack down on impunity,” said the source.

Since the March 9th handshake with National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, Uhuru has been unapologetic in dealing with corruption and he has even authorised the arrest of high profile State officers like ex-Youth Principal Secretary, Lilian Omollo, and National Lands Commission chairman, Prof Mohamed Swazuri.

Omollo, who has since been sacked, was linked to the Sh 9 billion National Youth Service (NYS) scandal while Swazuri was linked to the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) compensation scandal.

  1. Take no prisoners in this war Mr President. Use your double barreled shot-gun, firing from hip on both barrels at close quarters. Hapa hakuna urafiki tena. This fight must be won resoundingly. The entire nation and the world is watching you now. Do not squander this chance. Let us all fill the pain during this surgery so that when we heal, we become whole even if we shall have some scars from the operation.

Remember you are the C-in-C, Head of State and Head of Government. These sir, i submit is your double barreled shot-gun. Use it to maximum effect. Let your firing finger be on the hair-trigger ready to blast the enemies of Kenya - the corrupt all the way to Timbuktu and beyond!

    Go Prezzo go!
