MPs FATUMA GEDI and DIDMUS BARASA almost exchange blows and kicks after she tried to bribe him over sugar report VIDEO

Wednesday August 15, 2018 - There was drama in the corridors of Parliament yesterday when two MPs who have been trading barbs over bribery claims in the House came face to face with each other.

A visibly infuriated Wajir County Woman Representative, Fatuma Gedi, cornered Kimilili MP, Didmus Barasa, and insulted and reprimanded him badly, calling him useless and an attention seeker.

But Barasa opted to remain calm throughout the incident and never pointed a finger at Fatuma as he angled for fight with the Kimilili MP.

Didmus later confirmed through a tweet that indeed there was a scuffle between him and Gedi but he chose not to engage her saying men from his area only fight with women using 'Moses' rod'.

"Where I come from, we don't fight with women.”

“Women are sacred and harmless that's why I decided to fold my hands behind my back.”

“We are only allowed to fight with 'Moses rod'," Didmus said.

Fatuma Gedi was angry with Didmus for exposing her evil deeds of bribing the MPs to shoot down the sugar report which had indicted two Cabinet Secretaries.
