Tuesday August 7, 2018 - A group of farmers from Uasin Gishu County have said Nandi Hills MP, Alfred Keter, is free to visit Eldoret town because he defends the interests of maize farmers.

Last week, Keter was banned from visiting Rift Valley for attacking Deputy President William Ruto.

But addressing the press on Monday, the farmers led by the County's director of Kenya Farmers Association (KFA), Kipkorir Menjo, said Keter has a right to move to any part of the country.
