Give me a break; I have important things to do than to respond to your nonsense - RUTO embarrasses his supporters over 2022

Monday August 13, 2018 - Deputy President William Ruto has said he has no time for engaging in political debates and asked those interested in 2022 politics to spare him the confrontation.

Speaking at Eldoret Polytechnic in Uasin Gishu on Saturday during the unveiling of vocational training scholarship for 700 students by Kessses MP, Swarrup Mishra, Ruto reiterated that time for politicking was over and his priority was to serve Kenyans to the best of his abilities and fulfil the agenda of the Jubilee Government.

He noted that he had serious things to do and responding to political propaganda was not one of them.

Ruto was responding to political propaganda undertaken by his allies, among them, Sirisia MP, John Waluke, Kikuyu MP, Kamaju Ichung'wa, Murang'a Woman Representative, Sabina Chege, among others.

"There is a lot of propaganda here and there.”

“There are some people who are doing too much politics at a time we all need to be serving the electorate.”

“I have not time for such individuals because I have very important and a lot of work to do.”

“They need to give us a break," said Ruto.

"As the Executive, we have important business to take care of and a country to serve and we need a break from any non-development politics.”

“Everyone whether in the Executive, Government or independent Constitutional institution should focus on delivering their mandate," he added.
