Here is what UHURU discussed with MOI during their 3 hour meeting in Nakuru - RUTO was kept in the dark

Sunday July 29, 2018 - President Uhuru Kenyatta made a surprise visit to retired President Daniel arap Moi on Saturday where they discussed a myriad of issues affecting the country.

A brief statement from Moi’s office indicated that President Kenyatta wished the retired President quick recovery from his knee surgery.

“Mzee Moi, on the other hand, thanked President Kenyatta for steering the country to the path of unity,” said a statement.

But according to KANU youth leader, Kipchumba Rono, Uhuru and Moi discussed the controversial Mau Forest evictions, the fight against graft, the handshake and Big Four agenda.

Kipchumba said Uhuru took time to explain to his political mentor the Jubilee Government’s undertakings in the Mau Forest eviction which has divided the ruling coalition.

"The meeting took place on Saturday morning and the President explained to his mentor reasons behind his focus on Big Four and the fight against graft,” Kipchumba stated.

"Also, Mau Forest evictions were discussed in depth along with the handshake with Mr. Raila Odinga," Kipchumba added.

KANU chairman, Gideon Moi, who was also present at the meeting, is among the lawmakers who support the Mau Forest evictions but in a humane manner.

Uhuru was headed to Rongai for the funeral of Sarah Kasaon, wife to former Deputy Chief of Defence Forces, Lt. Gen Joseph Kasaon.
