July 31, 2018 - Water
and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary, Simon Chelagui, has asked retired
President Daniel Arap Moi’s family to make the former President more
accessible to the public because he is State property.
Addressing a church
service at St Mary’s Mother of God in Kabarnet town, Baringo County on
Sunday, Chelagui said Moi's family led by Gideon Moi should know that
Kenyans want to see the former President recover from knee surgery he
underwent in Israel a couple of months ago.
“Our aging father who
ruled Kenya for 24 years is now recovering from a knee injury after he was
admitted to a hospital in Israel so this is the time he needs more quick
recovery wishes from the people of Kenya," Chelagui said.
The Minister spoke after
President Kenyatta led a team of Jubilee leaders for the second time to visit
Moi in his Kabarak home in Nakuru County on Saturday.
Deputy President, William
Ruto, who is a close ally of Chelagui had earlier been blocked by Gideon from
visiting the ailing President.

the guy is the self imposter who calls himself the kingpin of the kalenjins (which kalenjin should I ask - not me). if indeed he's the kingpin what's the need for him to meet Moi. He should see the Nandi warogi known as loibon with the hash tag somoe!
