Do you want an Opposition chief after RAILA joined Govt? Well, look no further, here I am - WETANGULA shocks Kenyans again

Monday July 30, 2018 - Bungoma Senator and Ford Kenya Party Leader, Moses Wetang'ula, has crowned himself the new official Opposition Chief after former Prime Minister Raila Odinga joined the Government of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, following the March 9th handshake.

This comes even as his fight with the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader escalates.

Wetangula also reiterated that he would be a Presidential candidate in 2022 and challenged his worthy opponents to prepare for a shock.

Speaking at his home in Bungoma County yesterday, Wetangula claimed that the Opposition leader had been captured by the enemy (Uhuru’s Government) and therefore he had officially taken over the role.

"I am leading the opposition and we are fighting for Kenyans.”

“In history, we have people who fight and in the process of the fight, however, strong and lethal they are, they get captured.”

“And once they are captured, they distort the process of the fight, but eventually others emerge and lead the fight," Wetangula argued.

"We are here to lead Kenyans into the next level of leadership that would make sense.”

“Those who have been captured, we wish them well in their state of capture," he added.
