Big blow to RUTO after Court of Appeal restores KAGONGO BOWEN‘s win - He is a friend of ALFRED KETER and a RUTO critic

...the Appellate Court in Eldoret and appealed the ruling of Justice Kanyi Kimondo.

In their ruling at Eldoret on Thursday, the Appellate Judges noted that elections were free, fair and verifiable thus giving the first term MP a lifeline.

Bowen’s ruling came a day after the same court upheld the victory of Alfred Keter.
Keter and Bowen are said to be Jubilee Party rebels.

The two of them are accused of disrespecting deputy President William Ruto who is the de facto Kalenjin Kingpin.

When their wins were nullified early this year, the two MPs claimed that Ruto was behind the drama.
