AISHA JUMWA denied entry into RAILA ODINGA’s new home in Kilifi - She was begging to get in and talk to Baba

Sunday July 29, 2018 - Malindi MP, Aisha Jumwa, was denied entry into NASA leader, Raila Odinga’s new residence in Kilifi on Friday due to her association with Deputy President William Ruto.

Jumwa, who was elected on an Orange Democratic Movement party ticket, during last year’s General Elections has been supporting Ruto’s presidential quest in 2022 instead of Raila Odinga who is her party leader.

A source close to Governor Hassan Joho revealed that Aisha Jumwa remained stranded outside Raila Odinga's Kilifi home before walking away.

“She was at the gate requesting guards to allow her in but her efforts did not bear fruits,” said the source.

"After hours of waiting, she decided to walk away.”

“It seems she wanted to discuss with Raila some other issues," the source added.

Instead, Raila Odinga was kept busy by Mombasa Governor, Ali Hassan Joho, and his Kilifi counterpart, Amason Jeffa Kingi.

In June, Minority Whip, Junet Mohammed, wrote to National Assembly Speaker on the possible removal of Jumwa from PSC committee.
