"All we are seeing now is an attempt by a few individuals trying to arm-twist Parliament for the sake of their own benefit," Keter added.

The second term MP said it was worrying to see an institution that is supposed to be independent and play its oversight role being used by the Executive.

He concluded by vowing to continue fighting corruption in Government.
