Never joke with UHURU and RUTO!! Here is how ALFRED KETER lost his seat and is now headed to political oblivion

...the second respondent,” Judge Kimondo ruled.

Petitioner Bernard Kibor had accused the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) of colluding with Keter to rig him out in the closely contested polls.

Keter, who just two weeks ago was accused of trying to defraud Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) of sh 633 million was declared the winner by IEBC with 28,923 votes against 13,872 garnered by independent candidate, Benard Kibor Kitur, who came second.

The loudmouthed MP now joins other five MPs whose election has been nullified by the courts.

Gatundu North MP, Wanjiku Kibe, Chris Karani of Ugenya, Markawet East MP, Kangogo Bowen and Lamu West's Stanley Muthama’s elections have all been nullified.
