Duties and Responsibilities
·         Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales Advisor team
·         Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
·         Provide guidance of sales advisors daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies
·         Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
·         Manage Sales advisors team to ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
·         Recruit new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skill
·         Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales Advisor performance
·         Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction
·         Bachelor degree/MBA in Sales and Marketing or Business Management
·         Experience in Sales Management at least 10-12 years, prior experience in Dairy, Beverage or food service industry
·         Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, Leadership skill, and developing customer
·         Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes

Duties and Responsibilities
·         Define and manage a clear sales strategy that can be rolled out across the Mombasa region
·         Forecast and plan activities as well as budgets in line with the defined sales strategy
·         Drive the implementation of the defined strategy
·         Make adjustments to establish a suitable strategy that results in continuous growth
·         Build a strong last mile distribution network and have it deliver against plan, i.e. identify, evaluate, appoint and onboard agents and modern trade entities overseen by a team of Sales representatives and Brand Ambassadors
·         Set-up all parties of the distribution network for success, i.e. provide training, assist in obtaining finance, provide guidance etc.
·         Build relationships and appropriately collaborate with stakeholders that are key to the distribution network
·         Build strong teams by recruiting, mentoring, motivating and equipping robust sales professionals
·         Manage the performance of a target-driven internal and external sales team in line with agreed KPIs, ie. sales and market expansion targets

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Identify and develop new business opportunities at institutional channel by promoting the company product Range to new and existing Clients
·         Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs.
