Similar sentiments were echoed by Shinyalu MP, Justus Kizito, who warned the President to prepare for the consequences.

“It is archaic and repugnant decision.”

“We fought for freedom of the media,” said Kizito said.

“The President should know that he is sitting on a ticking time bomb,” he said.
