Wanga’s rejection is a big win to President Uhuru Kenyatta who had initially ordered Jubilee MPs to reject the nomination of Wanga to the committee.
Jubilee Party has already submitted its names and the House was set to debate and vote on the motion on Thursday.
They nominees are Naomi Shaban, Adan Keynan, Beth Mugo and Aaron Cheruiyot.
This comes despite Gladys having shown interest in supporting Jubilee and Ruto in 2022.
