In an interview with Radio Jambo on Tuesday, Ngunjiri said the constitution gives the right to any Kenyan to do so if he/ she feels dissatisfied by services offered by any public servant.

He said that nobody is above the law and it will be the responsibility of Parliament to ensure justice is served when they are addressing the petition.


"No one is above the law.”

“The constitution is clear on guidelines to be followed.”

“If someone knows he or she has been carrying out his mandate in a proper manner, there is no need to worry," Ngunjiri said.
