Thursday November 2, 2017 - National Assembly Majority Leader, Aden Duale, has trashed the proposal by National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) for Jubilee to amend the Constitution to accommodate NASA leader, Raila Odinga, as Prime Minister and his two deputies.


Speaking at Parliament Buildings, Duale rejected the NCCK proposal of creating the post of the Prime Minister and two deputies and said it is unconstitutional.
