MARAGA’s Judiciary ranked the most corrupt institution in the region-No wonder UHURU doesn’t trust it

Saturday September 2, 2017-Police, land and Judiciary have been ranked as the most corrupt institutions in the country.

This is according to an annual report by the East African Bribery Index (EABI) 2017.
The report revealed that 68 percent of Kenyans would pay a bribe to access police services, whether willingly or coerced.

On the other hand, Lands Ministry and Judiciary tied at 48 percent as the second and third most corruption-prone institutions.
The report also revealed the most incorruptible public institutions in the country as the tax services (12.9 percent), Huduma Centre (10.7 percent) and educational institutions as well as utilities.

“The survey recorded the highest probability of paying a bribe at the Police in Kenya at 41.6 percent followed by a 23.6 percent chance at Civil Registration and 19.6 percent chance at Lands services. On average size of bribe, the highest size of bribe was recorded at the Judiciary at Ksh14,083 followed by Ksh12,360 paid at tax services and Ksh8,956 Kenya Shillings paid for land services,” read the report.

  1. Prostitute judiciary led by an illiterate man. Dr Mutunga was smart in making the 2013 verdict decision. This foolish old man called Maraga doesn't even sound educated. Even simple housekeeping things during the trial he could not handle. Maraga presided over a shambolic worse than njuri ncheke court session where even documents were being filed after the hearing had closed. Then he comes to HAPOLOGICII for having arrived at a verdict without reading ALL THAT EVIDENCE. What kind of judge is he to make such a consequential decision without considering all the evidence???

  2. Haiya! Vitu vishechanga.....Prof Mwamaka.
