AKOMBE says CHILOBA and his cohort are refusing to resign because they have State House backing.

…select a team that he has confidence in, that he wants to work with,” Akombe said.

“This is to make sure that those things are not repeated.”

“It’s rare to get a second chance to make it right.” Akombe added.

Chiloba who masterminded the bungled August 8th polls should have resigned to pave way for a fresh team to conduct a credible free and fair election as was ordered by the Supreme Court.

The IEBC chairman, Wafula Chebukati, has already appointed a new team to conduct the October 17th election but the team has been rejected by both Jubilee and NASA leaders.

  1. We were told that Akombe went away to the US. Why did she come back if she feels the elections were stolen! She is the flower girl of that day when the results announced. Why was she so excited that day if she was against the stilling of the votes? What is the role of the commission in the election process? Akombe should go to hell and leave the very intelligent Chiloba alone.

  2. This is the reason Uhuru was afraid when Akombe was pulled out of a flight to US. Uhuru knows that they stole the elections. If NASA stops joking and being childish and insults and goes to the Kenyan people and explain what the court said about the irregularities of the polls; NASA WILL WIN.

  3. Akombe please tell us on which side you are. You are just a commissioner like the rest only that you are a Nasarite. Shut up. You even hold a dual citizenship, US/Kenya, how did you land a Government job with a dual citizenship. You have somewhere to run to... some of us we only have Kenya. Shame on your ass.

  4. I know the truth is bitter but guys wizards run at night but they are discovered during the day,yes elections were stolen and the thieves caught this is too bitter to the thieves than those whose votes were stolen ,the spewing of vitriols will not save your face, the system has to be cleaned so that we get the real winner, all ladders to theft must be brought down we need good leaders
