RAILA ODINGA finally swallows his pride and moves the Supreme Court to oppose UHURU’s rigged win

  1. None of these are grounds for election petition. Again chest thumping will not get you anywhere.

  2. I take pride in commending Raila in person and his NASA Principals for deciding to present its petition to the Supreme Court. This decision breaks away from the bondage and capture of James Orengo whose preferred constitutional path outside the court process could only be interprated as protests and picketing which is provided for in law for as long as there are no arms or threat to others who opt out. The historical fact of this pathway is that the protesters partly end up violating the rights of others or looting and stealing from businesses and individual Kenyans and visitors. The courts as we know determine cases brought befote them on the strength of the law and evidence adduced before them. Prempting the court's ruling evrn before it has received the petition from the ODM party. It's also premature for anyone to cast doubt against the Supreme Court bench. To suggest that the 2013 petition decision is an indication of how the 2017 petition will be ruled. Even if the judge set up remained as it was in 2013, the evidence is no doubt not the same. We can not therefore make judgement against the Supreme Court prematurely.

  3. How I wish this old fool would just die.
