BAD NEWS for KIDERO as MARENDE joins Nairobi gubernatorial race! The LUHYA bloc is gone

Thursday April 13, 2017 - Former Speaker of the National Assembly, Kenneth Marende, has joined the Nairobi gubernatorial race saying he wants to evict Governor Evans Kidero from City Hall in August.


Making this announcement on Thursday, Marende said that he will contest the seat using United Democratic Movement (UDM).

Marende joined politics in 2002 after successfully vying and winning the Emuhaya Constituency seat.
