Tuesday November 29, 2016 - Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) leader, Raila Odinga, has accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of protecting former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Miss Anne Waiguru, from prosecution over the Sh 1.6 billion National Youth Service (NYS) scandal.


In a statement to news room on Monday, Raila described Miss Waiguru as President Kenyatta’s “protectorate” in his latest attack against the Jubilee administration’s “failure to fight corruption”.
