RAILA was given 20m by ODM governors to attend MAGUFULI’s swearing - DUALE claims.

... also been demanding Sh 100 million from every ODM governor to finance his presidential campaigns in 2017.

However, three CORD Governors have dismissed Duale’s claims that Raila Odinga benefits from County money.

The three led by Migori Governor, Okoth Obado, Kisumu Governor, Jack Ranguma and Kakamega Governor, Wycliffe Oparanya, called Duale’s allegations baseless and his corruption claims unfounded.

“Raila having championed devolution, it is in his best interest that devolution succeeds, unlike the Jubilee Government that persistently has frustrated devolution,” Ranguma said.

  1. spill the beans sir!!!

  2. There you go! The argument being fronted by the three ODM governors that Raila has been championing the Devolution agenda and can not for that reason milk the County cash cow is ridiculous and mystic. He could very easily advocate for more cash to the counties to make it easy for him to access the same through his ODM friendly governors. Hon. Aden Duale's claim and evidence should be investigated not by the Senate but by EACC and the CID with a view to taking next steps if warranted. The Senate and PAC channel are in mu view obstractionist in the fraud and corruption cases the two have been pursuing, especially when the matter is in court e.g. the NYS saga. The three ODM Governors should just calm down and not go into panic mode to try and defend anyone. The time for them to adduce evidence if at all, will definitely come.

  3. This has been going on since 2013 and is in the national domain. Was just a matter of time before someone connected the dots. The guy has been getting protection money not just from ODM governors but also ODM, senators, MCAs and MPs.

  4. Raila Kwisha.take it to the bank.a very big reason y he wanted more money be devolved to divolve to his pocket

  5. As the west African proverb say`that a frog do not move during the daytime without something after it life no wonder this guy Ralla has been pushing for devolution to fill his own stomach.Time have come for Kenya n's to rethink devolution.
