However, Jubilee leaders led by National Assembly Majority Leader, Aden Duale, and nominated MP, Johnson Sakaja, accused Raila of allegedly fighting corruption selectively.

Duale even accused the former PM of being the biggest beneficiary of corruption in CORD counties saying he forces Governors to give him a monthly stipend just to be in his good books.

  1. First, the investigative authorities with constitutional mandate must get to work and not wait to be prompted at all by anyone. A crime is in the offing and calls for immediate and quick action. Those involved will be identified through the investigation process and charged. The courts will review and probe the evidence and defense mutigation and convict the guilty as it acquits the innocent. For this reason Raila and Kingi need not panic. No witch hunting is necessary or making any political beef out of accountability matters. The law if applied blindly as should be, those found calpable will obviously face the consequecies the law provides. Raila, just relax!
