“We call for a forensic audit of a medical equipment scheme leasing scheme in which County Governments were compelled to pay sh5 billion per year for

 seven years, because the cartels within Uhuru/ Ruto’s Government forced the policy on devolved units for personal gain,” said Mudavadi.

County Governments signed agreements with Uhuru/ Ruto’s Government in 2014 to have 2 hospitals in each County equipped with imaging, dialysis, theatre and ICU machines.
