MARAGA vows to eliminate corruption in the Judiciary - I will not embarrass UHURU.

Saturday October 22, 2016 - Chief Justice, David Maraga, has said that he will do everything within his powers to end corruption in the Judiciary.

Addressing High Court judges at the end of a four-day workshop at the Great Rift Valley Lodge in Naivasha on Friday, Maraga said 10 per cent of Judiciary staff are corrupt and are responsible for tainting the name of the institution.

Maraga said judges and junior judiciary staff are involved in corruption and this has turned the judiciary into a punching bag.
