RUTO’s men, MANDAGO/ TOLGOS face arrest if they do not apologise over drama in Eldoret.

Saturday September 24, 2016 - Interior Coordination Cabinet Secretary, Joseph Nkaissery, has asked the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) to issue summons to the 12 Kalenjin leaders who stormed Moi University on Tuesday protesting against the appointment of Prof Laban Ayiro as the acting VC.

In a statement he issued on Friday, Nkaissery said the 12 leaders led by Uasin Gishu Governor, Jackson Mandago, and his Elgeyo Marakwet counterpart, Alex Tolgos, should apologise or face the law.
