RAILA ODINGA’s CORD to resume violent demonstrations next week because of this mess

Sunday September 25, 2016 - A section of Coalition Reforms and Democracy (CORD) leaders have accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of delaying the appointment of new IEBC commissioners and threatened to go back to the streets.

Speaking in Mombasa on Saturday, the leaders led by Siaya Senator, James Orengo, Kakamega Senator, Dr Bonni Khalwale, said the opposition will resume demonstrations next week if the National Treasury does not release money to pay off the current IEBC commissioners to pave way for their replacements.

  1. Bring it on Orengo. You will also realize that, We the sovreign we have the power to say no to protests that are nonesensical. As a Senator why can't you apporach the CS in the Treasury and find out where the money to pay IEBC Commissioners is? Why not embrace dialog at the right level? The President signed the Bill into law already. So do us a favor and stop your nonesense. If Raila takes instructions from his juniors then he needs to think again if he seriously wants to lead Kenya.
