Sunday October 21, 2018-Exiled lawyer, Miguna Miguna, on Saturday sent a request, pleading with the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader, Raila Odinga, to negotiate his return Kenya.

Venting on his Twitter as Kenyans celebrated Mashujaa Day, the self-declared National Resistance Movement (NRM) general, urged Raila and the entire opposition to negotiate for his return to the country on the basis that he is a Kenyan citizen by birth.

Miguna further added that he had diligently served the Former Prime Minister and was as such not deserving of being denied entry into the country.

He begged the NASA leader to use the handshake and his closeness to President Uhuru Kenyatta to secure his return to Kenya in one piece.

"Practice what you preach.”

“I was born in Kenya, just like you.”

“I have never renounced my Kenyan citizenship.”

“I was your senior-most adviser from 2008-2011.”

“I vied for the position of Governor in 2017," Miguna pleaded with Raila.

Miguna was deported from Kenya after swearing in Raila as the People’s President, on the pretext that he was not a Kenyan.
