Monday, October 29, 2018 - Kenya’s self-declared moral policeman, Ezekiel Mutua, is on the receiving end from Kenyans on social media after he defended CNN journalist, Richard Quest’s church appearance.

Quest, who is openly gay, was a guest at Bishop Allan Kiuna’s Jubilee Christian Center (JCC) on Sunday.

His presence rubbed a section of Christians the wrong way as they saw it as an endorsement for same sex relationships.

However, taking to twitter, Mutua, who is known to loathe homosexuals with a passion, defended Quest saying:

“Quest may be gay, but he is a top notch journalist who can sense newsworthy stories with unique angles.”

“His sexual orientation has nothing to do with his work. Let him be. Quest was not in church to sell gay ideology. He was there to cover a story of resilience and hope.” he asserted.

Kenyans called him out for being a hypocrite and below are some reactions.
