  1. Hahaha, the government is not taking this ruling lying down. It's now a judicial conflict on a political carpet. A NASA sound like judgement will be open to scrutiny by a higher court and not even CJ Maraga can stop it. The body language of the judge was obvious he is a NASA man. Miguna has a long way to start celebrating, if at all. The passport the court has ordered to surrendered is already revoked and stands cancelled. In normal situation a cancelled passport is notified to all countries for the immigration and airlines to take notice. That means Miguna would have to apply for a replacement / new passport. Potentially, such an application could be denied and there is no gurantee nor is the Kenyan immigration authority obliged to approve all requests. That leaves him with the option of using his Canadian passport. That suggests he will need to apply for an entry visa of the appropriate category. It could be either approved or not. We're far from being done with the Miguna saga.
