“As lawyers, we will have a procession from Milimani Law Courts through Kenyatta Avenue to Supreme Court to have Justice Maraga to explain to us why he is silent in the wake of the Executives defying court orders,” Havi said.

Miguna, who was in police custody, was ordered to be produced in Milimani Law Court but the Government declined instead it took him to Kajiado after which it deported him.

The fiery Osgoode trained lawyer was deported to Canada on Tuesday around 10:50pm after being held in custody for five days illegally.

He has since released a statement and promised to pursue various available legal options.
