  1. The courts are clogged with serious cases but these political ones get priority and expedited with gusto. The most ridiculous was a judge claiming he will not leave the courtroom unless Miguna is produced. I hope he has enough underwear to last.

Every country has a right to eject any element that does not comply with their laws. Now govt should inform all airlines flying to Kenya that MM is not welcome and any airline carrying his will be fined 50000 USD plus costs of deportation. Miguna should go find himself a proper job. His children do not need absent father, donge.

  2. our constitution gives us kenyans a right and freedom to opinion and are allowed to comment and give opinion on any issue no matter how foolish and or unrealistic they are.if its slander or libel then the courts can adjudicate on it.but there is no one and i repeat no one who can eject or deport a kenyan by birth from this country.we were all born here in kenya for a reason and i dont think its the states' business to know why?if the state believes that you have committed a felon then they should arrest and arraign you in court and for sake let the court decide your fate.we may not get along but the height of maturity is to get along.
