UHURU KENYATTA’s Cabinet Secretaries to lose their pension in new 10-year work rule! Some of them were useless

...increase the number of years a State Officer must work to be eligible for pension from five years to 10 years.

Through a notice, Parliament invited Kenyans to give comments on pension law amendment proposal.


They also asked the public to share their views on other amendment contained in the bill.

Currently, State Officers are required to work for a minimum of five years before they are entitled to retirement benefits, which are then paid after reaching the retirement age of 60 years.
