Flower Farm Vacancies

We are a relatively new and fast developing Rose Flower Farm in Kenya.

Some opportunities have arisen in our several locations as follows:

Packhouse Assistant Manager

He/She should have experience in managing a busy pack-house dealing with diverse direct market orders. 

Will be incharge of all postharvest operations, managing of pack-house staff, training, order processing and packing. 

Should have good planning and organizational skills. 

Manage all postharvest protocols to achieve high product quality with operational efficiency at optimal costs.
 
Quality Controllers

Reporting to the Packhouse Manager.
 
He/She should have experience in quality control in a busy pack-house.

Ensure packhouse protocols are adhered to, Hygiene, Cold Chain, Hydration, Sizing, Sorting, Bunching, Packing and Labelling are efficiently achieved. 

All Product Quality parameters and specifications are observed to meet customer’s requirements.

Store Keeper

Should have experience managing a busy store observing all key areas of stock control, receipts, issues and bin card records. 

Stock reconciliation and periodical reporting. 

Stock rotation, organization, and maintenance of minimum stock levels. 

Should be conversant with computer stock management systems 

Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Production Manager.

He/She will be in charge of greenhouse operations. 

Managing labour, harvesting, hygiene, and all crop management practices. 

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a rose farm.
