I will deal with ALFRED KETER mundu khu mundu - DUALE swears after he was taken to court by KALENJIN MPs

..statement, Aden Duale was quick to defend the decision to de-whip the MPs as that which was fully within his mandate as the Leader of Majority.

He noted that the determination of whether to discharge a Member from a Committee lay only with the Party that sponsored the Member to Parliament.

He added that according to the Constitution and Standing Orders, members should comply with internal regulations of the Party that sponsored them to Parliament.

Duale vowed to deal with Keter and his friends head on because the decision to kick them out of Parliamentary Committees was legal and well within the internal affairs of the party.
