After being misled by RAILA’s friend, MAGUFULI, like a child - See what MUSEVENI begged from UHURU KENYATTA

…ensure the success of the multi-billion Standard Gauge Railway.

President Museveni said Uganda was ready and committed to the SGR project and would work with Kenya to achieve its commitment.

Though he had earlier said Uganda will not be involved in the SGR project, Museveni said he has learnt the benefits of SGR and Uganda will work with Kenya to ensure SGR reaches Kampala.

Uganda has already taken a loan of Sh 290 billion from a Chinese bank to link the SGR from Malaba to Kampala.

Earlier, there were reports that Uganda was working with Tanzania to build an electric rail instead of the outdated SGR.
