Secession now unstoppable as IEBC allow RAILA ODINGA to split into 2 Kenya - KIKUYUs will remain alone

...their push for secession in strict conformity with the laws and the Constitution.

In the Bill, Kaluma claims that the Government had rigged elections, emasculated Parliament, commissions and independent offices and had run a systematic suppression of some groups and communities.

After the approval by IEBC, Kaluma has now two options going forward.

First to table the Bill in Parliament where it will require two-third members of the National Assembly and the Senate to pass it.

Secondly, Kaluma can collect 1 million signatures from Kenyans and send them to IEBC for certification.

The IEBC will then send them to all the Counties for approval and back to the Parliament to allow for a referendum.
