..take shape with three Counties of Siaya, Homa Bay and Vihiga Counties having already passed the motion on its formation.

“Due to the ongoing debates in the County Assemblies for the creation of the People’s Assembly to help Kenyans chart the way out of the electoral impasse in the country, NASA wishes to notify its supporters that the peaceful protests for electoral justice that had been
scheduled to take place in Nairobi tomorrow (today), have been postponed until further date,” Orengo said.

He added that the demonstrations will commence from next week and will run in congruence with debates in the People’s Assembly.

Vihiga became the third County yesterday to pass the NASA motion on the formation of the People’s Assembly setting the stage for a national resistance against Uhuru/ Ruto’s illegitimate Government.

  1. Are these "peoples assemblies" recognized by the Constitution? Are the resolutions of those "assemblies" binding on Kenyans? For them to become law, they must be passed by the National Assembly/Senate where Jubilee holds sway. Even if they jump that hurdle, the bill(s) must still go to the President for assent!!!

As these guys do not recognize the sitting President, who will sign into law the People's Assembly resolutions?

They should taking Kenyans in circles and tell us their roadmap
