UHURU/RUTO in deep trouble as judges put them on notice for threatening MARAGA

Sunday September 3, 2017-President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, have come under sharp criticism for threatening Chief Justice David Maraga and the Supreme Court over their landmark ruling that overturned his win.

The Kenya Magistrates and Judges Association has condemned Uhuru/Ruto for their continued attacks on Judiciary.

In a statement, the Association also warned political class against personal profiling of the Supreme Court officials who played a role in the nullification of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win.

Similar sentiments were reiterated by the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) which warned the President and his Deputy of serious consequences.

“Ominous declaring that they (judges) that he should wait for him if he is successful in the coming fresh polls is unfortunate and a wholly inappropriate remark from the Head of State who under the Constitution is a symbol of national unity, enjoys immunity from criminal and civil proceedings and must promote and enhance the unity of the nation,” said LSK Chairman Isaac Okero.

The Kenyan DAILY POST

  1. Uhuru should be prosecuted for attacking and abusing Judges

  2. Every time a rejoinder comes, it is from a RAO sympathizer. Activist judges have no place in our courts. They should be purged pronto!

  3. Did you see the small boy who read the so-called notice to Uhuruto? Even Trump threatens the US judges. Nendeni huko. The judges are not untouchable

  4. Anonymous 13:22 even Raila should be prosecuted for attacking IEBC

  5. Are judges gods? Are they super human? Nonesense.

  6. let us wait for the out come, i know uhuru will win again, what the judges did was very bad, is there any election which is 100% perfect? watch out we might be heading to what happened in Rwanda 2004. my appeal is that raila should just retire gracefully from active politics. he will never rule Kenya, he is the Besigye of kenya.for sure what is raila looking for? at his age he should not confuse and put our country in total mess
