UHURU distances himself from NGUNJIRI’s petition seeking the removal of Chief Justice MARAGA.

August 8 General Elections.

"We must understand that Maraga does not overturn the will of the people...15 million people...but he has allowed a clique of people to influence him," Ngunjiri said on Thursday.

But addressing the media on Thursday, Uhuru through Jubilee Party Secretary General, Raphael Tuju, said the move was an individual's, not the party's.

"I have seen the petition online but it is not a Jubilee Party thing.

“It is an individual's action," he said.

"...I have just seen it but I have not read it to the end." he added.

  1. Uhuru and his fellow kiuks and jubilants should style up and grow up.Too petty and unreasonable.

  2. YOU SHOULD SUPPORT IT MR PRESIDENT. YOU NEED TO BE MORE ASSERTIVE OTHERWISE THIS COUNTRY WILL GO TO THE DOGS. WHAT IS WRONG IF JUBILEE TAKES A CASE TO COURT? NASA HAS TAKEN A THOUSAND AND ONE CASES AND NO BODY IS COMPLAINING, WHY IS IT THAT EVERYBODY NOW IS COMPLAINING ABOUT NGUNJIRIS CASE? IS HE NOT KENYAN ENOUGH TO GO TO A KENYAN COURT? THE PRESIDENT SHOULD NOT BE APATHETIC, HE SHOULD KNOW MOST OF US ARE LOOKING UPON HIM FOR DIRECTION.
