There will be NO ELECTION on OCTOBER 26 - RAILA ODINGA insists

Friday September 29, 2017-National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential candidate, Raila Odinga has insisted that there will be no election on October 26 if Jubilee continues to amend the election laws.

Already Jubilee has already tabled a bill in Parliament to amend election laws.

Addressing journalists on Thursday, Raila through NASA CEO, Norman Magaya said there will be no election on 26th because Jubilee is playing with the mind of Kenyans.

“October 26 is just another day in the calendar. There is no election,” said Magaya.

Magaya ‘’s sentiments were echoed by Siaya Senator  , James Orengo, who accused Jubilee of trying to legislate the minority opinions of Supreme Court judges Njoki Ndungu and Jackton Ojwang through  the proposed changes.

Jubilee, however denied NASA's claims saying the proposed legislation was only meant to cure the loopholes and ambiguity raised by the apex court judges in their majority ruling annulling the election of President Uhuru Kenyatta.

  1. How I wish Hon. Odinga could save this country this drama. He should go campaigning now, win elections if he can and leave us to live our lives as before. Please please baba Fidel. do us this favour. You have the numbers as you profess. Go for it pronto!

  2. It doesnt matter about the legislation it is that baba has no in terest in the repeat polls. Him and his side kicks always tries to twist the law to suit them. The accept supreme court ruling on invalidation of presidential results but reject IEBC ordered by same court to do the polls so they bring in people sympathetic to them. The irredeucicable minimum they want are now taken care in the ammendement but since they did not initiate them, the narrative changes to sliding back to dictatorship. Kenyans are not stupid and this time raila wont dictate the agenda.

  3. Boycott the elections and let Uhuru get sworn in
