SUPREME COURT nullifies UHURU KENYATTA’s win - ELECTION must be held in 60 DAYS.

Friday September 1, 2017-The Supreme Court has today nullified the re-election of President Uhuru Kenyatta in the August 8th presidential election.

In a ruling delivered by Chief Justice David Maraga the Supreme Court found that the IEBC failed to conduct the polls according to the Constitution and Elections Act.

“The declaration (of Kenyatta’s win) is invalid, null and void,” Maraga stated.

This is a big win for NASA presidential candidate, Raila Odinga who had earlier claimed that Uhuru Kenyatta was a computer generated leader.

In his speech after the nullification after the ruling, Raila said this is historic moment for Africa and thanked the Supreme Court for nullifying Uhuru‘s win.

“Like I said before, our journey to Canaan is unstoppable and we shall get there,” said Raila.

He also said IEBC officials should be prosecuted for committing electoral offences.
