MARAGA will not swear UHURU in case he wins on October 26! See what RUTO and MPs have planned

Wednesday September 27, 2017 - Deputy President William Ruto is said to be burning midnight oil planning an eventuality in case Chief Justice David Maraga refuses to swear in President Uhuru Kenyatta in case he wins the October 26th presidential election.


According to the constitution, only the CJ has powers to swear in the new President and in absence of the CJ, the Deputy Chief Justice can perform the function

The only solution for RAO is to present itself to the Kenyan people, offer their political program and policies and hope Kenyans give them a chance on 26th October. Failure to that even Maraga will not help this time. Even Maraga knows he has abused Kenyans patience - not anymore
