I will continue attacking MARAGA and his men – UHURU tells LSK and EVIL societies.

Sunday September 3, 2017-President Uhuru Kenyatta has said he has a right to express his frustration after Supreme Court nullified his landslide win on Friday.

After the country’s apex court nullified his win, Uhuru was among top Jubilee leaders who criticized the court for subverting the will of 16 million voters who woke up on August 8th to vote their leaders.

After he criticized the court, Law Society of Kenya and the Kenya Magistrates and Judges Association claimed that the father of nation was attacking the Judiciary.

But in a statement, unapologetic Uhuru told the two institutions that he will continue attacking the Judiciary despite useless tantrums.

He said LSK is aligned to the opposition and has no right of dictating to him what he should say.

“Any interventions suggesting that the Judiciary be immune from public scrutiny and democratic discussion promotes judicial tyranny, corruption and a fetishism that sanctifies all decisions regardless of merit,"  Uhuru said in a statement.

The father of the nation further said although Election petitions are legal causes undertaken within the context of intense political contestation, a probable outcome is always overturning the democratic will of the people for various reasons, good and bad.
