Here are the five biggest losers in MARAGA’s presidential petition ruling -They are done and dusted!!

..local TV, Havi said the Supreme Court ruling has damaged careers of five lawyers who appeared to be the custodians of law at the High Court and inside the apex court.

“I think Patrick Lumumba and Ahmednassir Abdullahi are the greatest casualties.”

“They have been respected within various legal disciplines,” Havi said.

“Further, people like Ken Ogeto, Paul Muite and Fred Ngatia also have themselves to blame for failing to give a substantive defense,” Havi added.

Paul Muite and Patrick Lumumba were representing the IEBC in the case while Ahmednasir, Ogeto and Ngatia were representing President Uhuru Kenyatta in the petition filed by National Super Alliance presidential candidate, Raila Odinga.

  1. Orengo represented Raila in 2013 and lost. I did not hear Havi say Orengo was a loser. Why then now turn against the lawyers that represented Uhuru and IEBC in case all Kenyans know that Maraga and a few of his friends favoured Raila, their Party boss!

  2. I THINK HE IS THE GREATEST IDIOT I HAVE COME ACROSS IN THIS ELECTIONEERING SEASON! Prof mwamaka

  3. The judgement was a political one and it did not rely on evidence or defense mounted by lawyers.

  4. Yea i have seen this Havi fella on tv trying to colour the uncolourable. A guy who tribally defends baba without facts. Am left wondering what beacame of education where a learned fella like this cannot think on himself but is used as a pone on local television. So did orengo loose in the 2013 petition when he did not win the case for raila. Mr.Havi, Use your grey matter not your stomach
