EXPLOSIVE! Leaked memo from IEBC reveals RAILA may have beaten UHURU badly in last polls

Thursday September 7, 2017 - Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman, Wafula Chebukati, has stirred a storm in the country following his leaked memo to CEO, Ezra Chiloba, which indicates that the August 8th General Election was fundamentally flawed and that NASA leader, Raila Odinga, may have beaten President Uhuru Kenyatta badly.

In the memo dated Tuesday, September 5th, Chebukati is demanding a number of explanations from Chiloba on why the election failed.

Among the explanations Chebukati is seeking from Chiloba is how an account with his name (Chebukati) was created and used over 9,000 times to access IEBC servers without his knowledge and the motive behind it.

Chebukati has also tasked Chiloba to explain what went wrong with KIEMS results transmission system that over 10, 000 out of over 40, 000 polling stations sent only text results without accompanying Forms 34As as was required thus affecting over 4 million voters.

Besides, Chiloba must explain why over 500 polling stations failed to completely send any Presidential results.
